BROOKFIELD, Wis.,– RF Technologies (RFT), a provider of safety and security technology for healthcare, senior living, education, and hospitality environments, today announced the appointment of Ernest (“Ernie”) Chan as Chief Executive Officer.
RF Technologies has been a leader in safety technology and Real Time Location Systems (“RTLS”) since its founding in 1987, supporting healthcare and senior living organizations with solutions designed to protect patients, staff, and residents across care environments. The appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on scaling growth, operational excellence, and long-term leadership in the safety technology market.
Chan brings extensive experience scaling healthcare and industrial technology businesses, strengthening operations, and leading organizations through periods of growth and transformation. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Biocare Medical, where the company delivered consistent growth in revenue and profitability. Earlier in his career, Chan held leadership roles at Danaher and Carrier (UTC).
