Service Agreements

RF Technologies offers three levels of service agreements to meet your specific system and service needs. Service agreements are available in one- to five-year packages, offering extended levels of coverage. All of our service agreements come with our Level 2 technical phone support, available 24/7/365.

The service agreements listed below only apply to the Code Alert and Safe Place product lines. Help Alert and Exactrack systems are protected under RFT’s HelpWatch service agreement. To review a complete list of plan details, please download the brochure here.
