Safe Place Infant Security Systems are designed and approved by RF Technologies Clinical Nurses and RFID Engineers. We assure the configuration will maximize both the system’s capabilities and the facility's needs. Our Clinicians assist the System Administrators in configuration of the software to best suit a facility’s workflow goals and existing practices. Staff training and education are integral throughout, including policy writing and “go-live” support. In post-installation, our Clinical Educators conduct “follow-ups” with System Administrators for 30-60-90 days to review, evaluate, and provide valuable feedback.

We have created an “Educational Kit” organized with the tools, the forms, and the resources to train existing and new staff throughout your partnership with Safe Place and RF Technologies, including Parent Education, Deterrent Decals, and Web Based Courses. The Step-by-Step Clinical Education and Support Kit creates a continuous process that facilitates learning and integrates it with ongoing assessments, abduction drills, and the guidance necessary for an effective Infant Security Program.

Customized Clinical Support to Meet your Facility’s Needs

We work with your facility stakeholders by phone or on-site, utilizing your facility policies to develop a plan for an abduction drill, and we can attend a facility drill and act as evaluators, offering feedback and suggestions. Clinical onsite assessments are performed to determine end-user system proficiency and includes a site walk through, policy review, and system review.
