Glenn Jonas

Glen Jonas, CEO

Glen Jonas is the founder of RF Technologies. His dynamic career began in the Square D Company Management Development Program, where he advanced into various manufacturing management positions. He went on to hold similar management positions with Allis-Chalmers Corporation and Johnson Controls.

Glen founded RF Technologies in 1987, and the company is now a recognized leader in providing safety and security solutions to senior living facilities and hospitals. He is widely known as an expert in the radio frequency industry.

Glen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

 

Joleen Simonetti

Joleen Simonetti

Vice President, Sales & Enterprise Accounts

Joleen is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including roles in sales, sales leadership, national accounts and professional education for Medtronic, formerly Covidien, and PDI, Inc. She joined RF Technologies to lead the Enterprise Account Business Unit. A servant leader at heart, Joleen is dedicated to the enrichment of colleagues, customers and communities. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and is a certified MHI Global Trainer for Professional Selling Skills, Strategic Selling and Conceptual Selling.

Brian Kinne

Brian Kinne

Vice President, PinPoint

With 25+ years in the IT industry, including five in the national security space, Brian has record of success creating, organizing, and implementing "solution vendor" product, marketing and sales strategies for technology and security firms. In 2018, Brian joined RFT as Vice President of the PinPoint business unit, focused on proactively enabling organizations with the company’s Help Alert solution—an RTLS-enabled mobile panic alarm system with Mass Notification option; in this role, he works closely with local and national industry associations, local and national law enforcement, Homeland Security, labor unions, and other entities, to ensure that proactive protective resources are made available to those most in need of them.

In 1995, Brian helped establish TeleSuite® Corporation, the world’s first telepresence company. TeleSuite was at the forefront, bringing to fruition the value of video as a viable “green friendly” alternative to air travel for conducting business. From 2005-2012 Brian served various organizations as executive vice president for sales and global channels. In 2013, he joined MCPc, providing strategic guidance/leadership as Chief Technology Officer/Vice President, Digital Media Group, responsible for creating, growing and eventually selling a digital media practice in conjunction with a visual collaboration practice.

A graduate of Anderson University, Brian serves as a board member for a number of technology, educational, cyber security, and ministry organizations.

Paul Larson

Paul Larson

Vice President, New Product Development
& Engineering Services

Paul has over fifteen years of technology, product, and program management experience which includes over five years with RF Technologies. He came to RF Technologies from Lutron Electronics where he led the development and introduction of over fifteen new product lines. Prior to that, he served for ten years as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, and retired with the rank of Commander from the U.S. Navy Reserve.

Paul holds a Bachelors in Physics from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Masters in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Masters in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.

Charlotte Matteson

Charlotte Matteson

Vice President, Operations

Charlotte Matteson has over 30 years of operational management experience which includes over 13 years as an employee of RF Technologies. Prior to her tenure at RFT, Charlotte held the position of Director of Operations at RVSI Systemation for 16 years. She has attended both University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Marian College and has been a long standing member of APICS. Charlotte holds an Honorable Discharge from the US Army Reserves where she held an E6 Staff Sergeant rank in the 84th Division Leadership Academy.
