When a HELP ALERT pendant is activated, location information is collected from the Wi-Fi network and Locator Beacons placed around your facility. Within seconds the call for help is passed through a server to security-monitoring computers and all available mobile devices. Security staff can then track the device's location, even if the staff member is on the move.
