Glenn F. Jonas
Chief Executive Officer
Glenn Jonas is the founder of RF Technologies ® His dynamic career began in the
Square D Company Management Development Program, in which he rapidly advanced into
various manufacturing management positions. He went on to hold similar management
positions with Allis-Chalmers Corporation and Johnson Controls.
In the 1970s, Glenn founded the first of five companies, including Jonas & Associates,
and Jonas Healthcare Consultants. In 1987, he returned to his engineering roots,
founding RF Technologies ®. He has grown RF Technologies ® to be a recognized leader
in providing safety and security solutions to the healthcare sector. Glenn is widely
known as an expert in the radio frequency (RF) industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Joseph Siekierski, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Joe is responsible for Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Credit, Quality
and Regulatory Affairs, Human Resources, IT, Building and Grounds, and OEM/Distribution/Private
Label. Joe has over 20 years of financial management experience. His last position
was that of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell Hommed,
an industry leader in the home telehealth and remote patient monitoring industry.
Prior to joining Hommed in 1999, he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial
Officer with Criticare Systems. He received his Accounting Degree from St Norbert
College.
Wyndham F. Gary, Jr.
Vice President, Engineering
Wyndham has extensive background in engineering management, RFID and wireless monitoring,
and software design. Before joining RF Technologies ®, he was Engineering Manager
at CartaNova, an electronic and RFID access and security company that specialized
in healthcare applications. Wyndham held engineering management positions with GE/Marquette
Medical Systems and McDonnell-Douglas Corp.
His Cooperative and Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering is from
Purdue University. Wyndham’s postgraduate work includes studies at Washington University
in St. Louis and Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Charlotte R. Matteson
Vice President, Operations
Charlotte has more than 25 years of management experience in the areas of purchasing,
shipping/receiving, scheduling, production, parts and inventory control. She rose
through the ranks to become Director of Materials at RVS/Systemation Engineered
Products, Inc. Her leadership ability was recognized during six years in the U.S.
Army Reserve where she attained the rank of Staff Sergeant.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations from Marian College.
Bryan Tracey
Vice President, PinPoint® Technology
Bryan is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the software and hardware development
of the PinPoint® RTLS (Real Time Locating Solutions), Asset Security and Help Alert®
WiFi products. PinPoint®’s vertical markets include Healthcare, especially Hospitals,
plus Industrial, Commercial and Government markets.
Bryan joins us after being with GlobeRanger Corporation in Dallas, Texas, for eight
years, where he was Vice President of Engineering and Chief Architect. GlobeRanger
is a leading provider of software platforms for the RFID industry. Bryan has also
served the RFID community as a leader in EPCglobal where he co-chaired several working
groups and served for two years in an elected role as Co-Chair of the Software Action
Group.
Bryan earned his Masters degree in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute,
and is a graduate of the Great Books Program from St. John's College in Annapolis,
MD.
Paul Larson
Director, Solutions Planning Group
Paul is responsible for Product Management, Program Management, Marketing, and Communications.
He comes to RF Technologies ® after 7 years with Lutron Electronics where he conducted
program and product management for an international wallbox dimmer division. During
that time, Paul led the development and introduction of over fifteen new product
lines consisting of hundreds of individual products, and was named as co-inventor
on over twenty design patents for lighting controls. Prior to that, he served as
a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, and still serves as a Commander in the U.S.
Navy Reserve.
Paul received his Bachelor of Physics from the U.S. Naval Academy. He also has a
Masters in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Masters
in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College.
