Glenn F. Jonas
Chief Executive Officer

 

Glenn Jonas is the founder of RF Technologies® His dynamic career began in the Square D Company Management Development Program, in which he rapidly advanced into various manufacturing management positions. He went on to hold similar management positions with Allis-Chalmers Corporation and Johnson Controls.

 

In the 1970s, Glenn founded the first of five companies, including Jonas & Associates, and Jonas Healthcare Consultants. In 1987, he returned to his engineering roots, founding RF Technologies. He has grown RF Technologies to be a recognized leader in providing safety and security solutions to the healthcare sector. Glenn is widely known as an expert in the radio frequency (RF) industry.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. 

 


Scott A. Jacobson, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

 

Scott brings 20 years of financial management experience to his position of Chief Financial Officer. He has been involved in strategic initiatives, operations management, and financial planning in both corporate and multi-divisional manufacturing settings. Immediately prior to joining the company, he was Vice President and CFO of Meridian Industries, Inc. Earlier in his career he served as CFO for Marinette Marine Corporation, and as Controller at Dorner Manufacturing Corporation. He began his career with over eight years at Arthur Andersen & Co., leaving as an experienced Audit Manager.

 

Scott received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

 

James W. Hermann
Vice President, Business Development

 

Jim brings in-depth wireless technology and systems integration experience from his previous role as Program Manager for Wireless Solutions at Johnson Controls, Inc., where pioneered the adoption of wireless into facility management systems.  His expertise in new product development is complemented by his extensive experience in strategic marketing and acquisition analysis. His other technical and management experience includes positions at Square D Company, Underwriters Laboratories and Cooper Power Systems.  He is also a published author in the areas of wireless and healthcare technology.

 

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. Jim also holds an Excellence in Strategic Marketing Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Executive Education program.

 

 

Ajay Malik 
Chief Technology Officer
 
With over 18 years of engineering and engineering management experience, Ajay Malik  has joined  RF Technologies from Motorola. He was head of software and innovation in Wireless LAN Division (originally Symbol Technologies acquired by Motorola). He was the principal architect of the Motorola RF Switch as well as he championed Motorola Locationing engine, SOLE (Smart opportunistic location engine) and Motorola's foray into RTLS as part of RF Switch. Prior to Motorola, Ajay has worked with companies such as Bay Networks (later acquired by Nortel), Ciena and Hammerhead Systems.
 
Ajay holds a B.E. in Computer Science and Technologies from IIT Roorkee, one of the most prestigious engineering universities in India.He has over 20 patents issue/pending.

 


Wyndham F. Gary, Jr.
Vice President, Engineering

 

Wyndham has extensive background in engineering management, RFID and wireless monitoring, and software design. Before joining RF Technologies, he was Engineering Manager at CartaNova, an electronic and RFID access and security company that specialized in healthcare applications. Wyndham held engineering management positions with GE/Marquette Medical Systems and McDonnell-Douglas Corp.

 

His Cooperative and Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering is from Purdue University. Wyndham’s postgraduate work includes studies at Washington University in St. Louis and Milwaukee School of Engineering.

 


Charlotte R. Matteson
Vice President, Operations

 

Charlotte has more than 25 years of management experience in the areas of purchasing, shipping/receiving, scheduling, production, parts and inventory control. She rose through the ranks to become Director of Materials at RVS/Systemation Engineered Products, Inc. Her leadership ability was recognized during six years in the U.S. Army Reserve where she attained the rank of Staff Sergeant.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations from Marian College.
