Education is vital to a successful rollout and your overall safety & security plan.

Make sure you’re able to protect your patients, residents and staff when a fast response is critical.

Lead with Experience

Our Clinical Educators have a degree in engineering or nursing, and bring relevant system and facility experience to each session. We offer on-site training, online training, and video tutorials. Courses can be standard or individualized specifically to your facility.

Onsite & Go-Live Training

Each Clinical Education support package is hand-tailored to your facility’s needs and policies. An onsite clinical assessment determines end user system proficiency and includes a site walk-through, policy review, and system review.

Online Training

Our Learning Academy allows users complete modules at their own pace and take quizzes to verify they understand content. The self-guided modules incorporate text, images, audio and video for an engaging learning experience.

Track Participation

Managers or administrators can track participants’ course progress and completion and use results to evaluate employees and system comprehension. Students can also print out completion certificates immediately for proof of completion.

Follow-up Training

Follow-Up Education is designed to meet your workflow needs to help you take ownership of your solution, empower staff members to educate new users internally and reduce long-term costs.
