Executive Team
Glenn F. Jonas
Chief Executive Officer
Glenn Jonas is the founder of RF Technologies®. His dynamic career began in the Square D Company Management Development Program, in which he rapidly advanced into various manufacturing management positions. He went on to hold similar management positions with Allis-Chalmers Corporation and Johnson Controls.
In the 1970s, Glenn founded the first of five companies, including Jonas & Associates, and Jonas Healthcare Consultants. In 1987, he returned to his engineering roots, founding RF Technologies®. He has grown RF Technologies® to be a recognized leader in providing safety and security solutions to the healthcare sector. Glenn is widely known as an expert in the radio frequency (RF) industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Joseph Siekierski, CPA
Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Joe is responsible for Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Credit, IT, Building and Grounds, and OEM/Distribution/Private Label.
Joe has over 20 years of financial management experience. His last position was that of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell Hommed, an industry leader in the home telehealth and remote patient monitoring industry. Prior to joining Hommed in 1999, he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer with Criticare Systems. He received his Accounting Degree from St. Norbert College.
Sean Daugherty
Senior Vice President, General Manager Solutions Development and Sales
Sean oversees the sales, marketing and product development departments, in addition to the PinPoint Technologies sales and engineering functions. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, where he was also a four-year letter winner and captain of the Wisconsin Badgers basketball team. After graduating, he played professional basketball for five years, both nationally and internationally.
Upon leaving professional basketball, Sean joined Stryker Corporation and progressed through a number of leadership roles, including several with international responsibilities. For the past several years, he led and had responsibility for the sales, marketing, product development and finance functions for a $300 million business unit at Stryker.
Ken Sandifer
Senior Vice President of Service and Operations
Ken leads our National Service Group, Internal Technical Support, Operations, and Quality & Regulatory Affairs. He has more than a decade’s worth of experience in service, including previous high-level roles at General Electric and United Technologies Fire & Security.
Ken graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and received his MBA from Northwestern University. He was also a commissioned U.S. Army officer in the Army Corps of Engineers for five years.
Michelle R. Osman, SPHR
Vice President of Human Resources
Michelle oversees our Human Resources Department and is responsible all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, talent management and education.
Her years of experience stem from high-level human resources and talent acquisition roles at Quad Graphics, Clifton Gunderson and FedEx Kinko’s. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colo.
