Glenn Jonas

Chief Executive Officer

Glenn Jonas is the founder of RF Technologies®. His dynamic career began in the Square D Company Management Development Program, in which he rapidly advanced into various manufacturing management positions. He went on to hold similar management positions with Allis-Chalmers Corporation and Johnson Controls.

In the 1970s, Glenn founded the first of five companies, including Jonas & Associates, and Jonas Healthcare Consultants. In 1987, he returned to his engineering roots, founding RF Technologies®. He has grown RF Technologies® to be a recognized leader in providing safety and security solutions to the healthcare sector. Glenn is widely known as an expert in the radio frequency (RF) industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.


Steve Varga

Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President

Steve Varga brings an accomplished 35 year background in new product development, technology strategy & innovation, product management, and manufacturing operations management to the position of Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President with RF Technologies. His diverse business and technical experience includes ground-breaking advancements and commercialization of wireless data communications and software analytics, RTLS-based asset tracking, and the development of high-availability enterprise software applications in FDA- regulated operating environments.


Marina Willis

President of PinPoint Unit

Marina Willis came to RF Technologies with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, corporate development and operations management. She was employed with a global manufacturer and marketer of dispensing systems and solutions for hygiene, disinfection and dosage applications. While there, she served as Executive Vice President responsible for the global product portfolio of smart hygiene solutions, leading the development and commercialization of multi-dimensional solutions for improved hand hygiene compliance in strategic markets.

At RF Technologies, Marina oversees the PinPoint RTLS Safety and Security business unit leading sales and operations, research and development. Marina received her B.S. in Sociology from the University of Arizona, and holds associate degrees in Liberal Arts and Paralegal studies. She is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese.


Chris Brown

Vice President of Profitability

Chris has nearly 30 years of experience in business and financial leadership roles. Prior to joining RF Technologies, he spent 12 years with Fiserv where he held a number of roles including the Vice President of Finance for the Insurance Solutions Division, the Vice President & Group Controller for the Payments & Industry Product Group, the Vice President of Finance for the Risk & Compliance Division, and most recently the Director / Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Previously, Chris served as Chief Financial Officer for Henderson Manufacturing Company, Manager of Business Analysis for National Manufacturing Company, Assistant Treasurer for Fresh Start Foods and a Staff Accountant for Peter Shannon & Company.

Chris holds a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Loras College.


Dan Wenger

Vice President of Communications and Business Intelligence

Dan Wenger is a commercial executive with over 20 years of leadership in marketing, sales, operations and strategy. He brings a deep base of hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing, communications, product management and commercial operations. Prior to joining RF Technologies Dan was a business unit leader for Hospira, a Pfizer company, where he led a successful business unit turnaround. Dan spent nine years with GE Healthcare in marketing and product development leadership roles, and started his career marketing Caterpillar, Schering, Wells Fargo and a number of other brands. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Drake University. Dan is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and serves on the National Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation.


Timothy Fischer

Vice President, Sales

Tim is an executive with 20 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare, telephony, networking, and security. Tim previously served as Vice President of Sales and General Manager at eHealth Technologies, a medical record aggregation and image sharing company. Prior to RF Technologies, he served in roles with increasing responsibilities at AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Applied Medical Resources and Bard Peripheral Vascular (CR Bard).

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Wisconsin.


Jared Pitney

Vice President, Senior Living

Jared Pitney has over 13 years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing as well as experience in sales leadership, national accounts and strategic partner management. Prior to joining RF Technologies he held roles with increasing responsibility at Advanced Tissue, a leading wound care company, where he ultimately served as Director of the Long Term Care Division. Working in a highly competitive and regulated industry, he has a track record of leading teams to national success across product lines. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.


Joleen Simonetti

Vice President of Enterprise Account Business Unit

Joleen is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including roles in sales, sales leadership, national accounts and professional education for Medtronic, formerly Covidien, and PDI, Inc. She joined RF Technologies to lead the Enterprise Account Business Unit. A servant leader at heart, Joleen is dedicated to the enrichment of colleagues, customers and communities. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and is a certified MHI Global Trainer for Professional Selling Skills, Strategic Selling and Conceptual Selling.


Paul Larson

Vice President of New Product Development & Engineering Services

Paul has over fifteen years of technology, product, and program management experience which includes over five years with RF Technologies. He came to RF Technologies from Lutron Electronics where he led the development and introduction of over fifteen new product lines. Prior to that, he served a decade as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, and retired with the rank of Commander from the U.S. Navy Reserve.

Paul holds a Bachelors in Physics from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Masters in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Masters in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.


Charlotte Matteson

Vice President of Operations

Charlotte Matteson has over 30 years of Operational Management experience which includes over 13 years as an employee of RF Technologies. Prior to her tenure at RFT, Charlotte held the position of Director of Operations at RVSI Systemation for 16 years. She has attended both UWM as well as Marian College in Milwaukee and has been a long standing member of APICS. Charlotte holds an Honorable Discharge from the US Army Reserves where she held an E6 Staff Sergeant rank in the 84th Division Leadership Academy.


Rob McDonald

Vice President of Inovatran

Rob brings 15-plus years of experience in process driven sales and business management to RF Technologies. He joined the company in November 2015 to create a reseller network for all company products, and to manage and drive the Sensatec Fall Management brand.

Much of Rob’s career has been centered around the medical alarm business, working for Lifeline Systems and VRI, with an emphasis on growing the channel partnership networks. Rob’s energy level is infectious and his “customer first” approach is key to his success. Rob holds a degree in Political Science, with Minors in Economics and Urban Planning.
